Nope, not exactly. Your key binds and settings don't magically sync across all devices by just logging in. You gotta use the autoexec.cfg file or cloud sync feature to get your settings to load on a different PC. So, it's not automatic for everyone.

Short answer: Kinda. You need to manually save them or use Steam Cloud. Don't expect to log in on any PC and find everything just as you left it without doing a bit of legwork first.
