Short answer: Nope. Every knife type has probably seen the light of day by now. CS:GO's been around for a long time, and with the number of players obsessively opening cases, I'd bet my left sock that all knife types have been unboxed.

Actually, there might be some ultra-rare knife patterns or variations that are so rare, they've only been unboxed a few times and we don't even know it. But as for a whole type of knife that's never been unboxed? Highly doubt it.
