Honestly, it's a yes from me. Played CS:GO on my Surface Pro 6 with medium settings. Had to tweak a few settings for optimization, but after that, it ran pretty smooth. Definitely playable.

Well, it can, but it's kinda like putting truck tires on a sedan. Sure, it'll work, but it won't be pretty. Lower your expectations (and your graphics settings), and you'll get by.
