Nah, those days are long gone. CS GO Lounge doesn't let you take out skins like before after all the changes. Gotta find those skins through official channels or in-game now.

Actually, you CAN'T anymore. Valve cracked down on that kinda stuff years ago. Better off trading or buying skins straight from the game or trusted marketplaces.
