Absolutely not, and that's a good thing. Imagine the chaos with everyone running around with their custom skins. It's better when Valve curates the skins, keeps the game's aesthetic consistent.

Nope, directly using your own workbench designs in CS:GO isn't a thing. Gotta get them approved by Valve first!

Nah, you can't use workbench-designed skins directly in CS:GO games as Valve hasn't opened up that option.
