Nope, you can't catch a second Miraidon in Pokemon Violet. Each game only allows you to catch one of the Legendary Pokemon, Miraidon or Koraidon, depending on which version you're playing. So, if you're aiming to get another, you might need to trade with someone or explore other options.

Tried it, didn't work. You're only allowed one Miraidon in Pokemon Violet. I even checked every nook and cranny of the game hoping there was a secret way, but nah. If you want another, trading is the way to go.
