Actually, no, Mew isn't catchable in Pokemon Violet or Scarlet. It's a bummer, I know, but there are plenty of other legendaries and new Pokemon to discover in Paldea that can keep that Pokemon trainer spirit high!

Short answer: no. Long reason: Mew's not part of the Paldea region's Pokedex. Time to set your sights on Koraidon or Miraidon, depending on your game version!

Nope, sorry to burst your bubble but you can't catch Mew in Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet. Mew is one of those elusive legendaries that's been around since the OG days, but isn't available to snag in the wild in these new games. You'll have to seek out other legendary adventures in the Paldea region!
