Nah, you can't get keys as drops in CS:GO anymore. Valve stopped that a while back 'cause they wanted to crack down on fraud and all that shady business. Now, you gotta buy 'em straight from the in-game store or trade with other players if you're looking to open those sweet, sweet weapon cases.
