Nah, tried it myself back in the day expecting some wild ride, but the Xbox 360 version doesn't support the mods or custom servers where surfing lives and thrives. Stick to PC if you wanna catch those surf maps.

Sadly, nope. Surfing in CS:GO is a trick that involves gliding on slanted surfaces, and it's mainly a thing on PC thanks to the custom maps and servers that support it. The Xbox 360 version lacks these custom maps and server support, making surfing pretty much a non-starter.
