Nope, you can't trade CS:GO keys anymore. Valve put a stop to it a while back to crack down on fraud and other shady dealings. It used to be a big thing in the trading community, but now those keys are locked to your account once you get them.

Short answer: No. Long story short, Valve changed the rules to prevent scams. So, those keys are just for you now.

Actually, trading CS:GO keys was a thing in the past. But, Valve decided to disable this feature to protect the community from fraud. So, if you're looking to trade keys, you're out of luck. However, there's still a vibrant market for trading other items like skins, provided you follow Valve's guidelines.
