Absolutely! The game's way smoother now compared to release. I've been playing non-stop, and those annoying glitches that used to haunt my dreams are pretty much gone. Plus, trading and battling online feels a lot better.

Sorta fixed? Depends on what you consider 'fixed'. They've patched a lot of bugs, but some people still run into issues. IMHO, it’s way better now, though.
