Short answer: No. Long answer: Still no. CS:GO skins are like tattoos for your weapons; permanent and unchanging. The initial condition (wear) they come in is their condition for life.

Nope, CS:GO skins don't wear over time. Once you get your hands on that shiny new skin, it'll stay the same no matter how many battles you drag it through. The wear level (Factory New, Minimal Wear, etc.) is set when you receive the skin, and it doesn't change with use. So, feel free to show off your skins in as many matches as you want without worrying about them getting 'tired'!
