Scarlet, because Koraidon looks way cooler than Miraidon. Plus, the whole aesthetic of Scarlet is just more appealing to me.

Honestly, just flip a coin. Both games are a blast, and you'll get a great experience no matter which one you choose. The differences are pretty marginal outside of the legendaries and a few exclusive Pokémon.
