Short answer: Not really. CS:GO is known for its ability to run on a wide range of systems. You might not get the crispest graphics on a lower-end laptop, but gameplay should still be decent as long as you adjust those settings!

I've run CS:GO on a potato before. Seriously, as long as it turns on and has a screen, you can probably manage. Just tweak those graphics settings down.
