Nope, when the other team throws in the towel and surrenders, it's not the same as a traditional win for you. However, it does affect your ELO rating - that mysterious number determining your rank. So, while you won't see it listed as a 'Win' in your match history, it still gives you a little boost up the competitive ladder.

Honestly, just enjoy the free ELO boost and move on. A surrender means less work for a similar outcome. Not a win, but definitely not a loss.
