Nope, CS:GO doesn't support AMD's Crossfire or NVIDIA's SLI directly. The game runs on the Source engine, which isn't built to take advantage of multiple GPUs in a Crossfire or SLI setup. Some players have tried forcing it via their GPU's control panel, but it's hit or miss and not officially supported. Basically, stick to one powerful GPU for the best CS:GO experience.

Tried forcing Crossfire for CS:GO on my rig, and it was more trouble than it's worth. Just stick to one GPU, trust me.
