Yes and no. CS:GO can technically run without a dedicated graphics card using integrated graphics, like those found on some Intel or AMD CPUs. However, to really enjoy CS:GO with good frame rates and graphics settings, you're better off with a dedicated GPU. It doesn't need to be top of the line, even mid-range cards from a few years ago can handle it pretty well.

Nope, don't need it. Got a buddy who plays on his old laptop with integrated graphics. Sure, it's not the prettiest, but he manages. It's more about skill anyway.

Honestly, just get a graphics card. Integrated graphics might let you run the game, but if you wanna see where the enemies are before they see you, you'll want those extra frames per second that only a dedicated GPU can provide.
