I've been playing Pokemon Scarlet since it came out, and I can tell you firsthand, the updates made a huge difference. At launch, my game was freezing like every hour, and now, it's smooth sailing. Sure, there's an occasional glitch, but nothing game-breaking.

Honestly, it runs much better now but don't expect a miracle. The game's ambitious open world means there will always be some level of performance quirks, but the devs have definitely ironed out the worst of it. It's way more enjoyable to play now!
