Yep, Synchronize definitely works in Pokemon Scarlet just like in the previous games! If you've got a Pokemon with the Synchronize ability, it'll have a 50% chance to encounter wild Pokemon with the same Nature as itself. Super handy if you're trying to get a Pokemon with a specific Nature. Just remember it only works when the Pokemon with Synchronize is at the front of your party.
