Paldean Wooper evolves into Clodsire, not Quagsire. Remember, Pokemon Scarlet gives us this new form. Classic Wooper's evolutions don't change though!

Yup, Wooper sure does evolve in Pokemon Scarlet! Just like in previous games, Wooper evolves into Quagsire once it reaches level 20. So, keep leveling up your Wooper and you'll get that adorable Quagsire in no time. Fun fact: In Pokemon Scarlet, you'll encounter a different form of Wooper called the Paldean Wooper, which evolves into a completely different Pokemon, Clodsire!

Nope, Wooper doesn't evolve... IF you don't train it! Just kidding, level it up to 20 and watch the magic happen. Either into Quagsire or Clodsire for the Paldean version.
