Easy peasy! Open your Steam client and click on your profile name at the top right corner, then select 'Inventory' from the dropdown. Hit 'Trade Offers' on the right side, then click on 'Who can send me Trade Offers?' Your unique trade URL is right there at the bottom. Remember, don't share it with strangers!
