Easy peasy! Just hit the tilde key (~) to open the console, then type 'voice_scale 0.5' (without the quotes) and press Enter. This command lowers the voice chat volume to 50%. You can adjust the 0.5 to whatever level suits your eardrums best, like 0.3 for 30% volume, and so on.

All you gotta do is press 'ESC' to bring up the main menu, go to 'Options', then 'Audio Settings', and there you'll find a slider for 'Voice Volume'. Slide that bad boy down to your comfort zone. No need to mess around with the console if you're not comfortable with it.

Just mute everyone. Sometimes it's the only way to find peace and focus.

Getting the right voice volume is crucial, especially when you're trying to clutch! I personally use 'voice_scale 0.3' because it's loud enough to hear callouts but not so loud that it distracts me from footsteps and gunshots.
