To evolve Murkrow into Honchkrow in Pokemon Violet, you gotta use a Dusk Stone on it. Just find a Dusk Stone in the game, select it from your bag while you're looking at Murkrow, and voila! Honchkrow achievement unlocked!

Had a Murkrow and was totally clueless about evolving it until a buddy told me about the Dusk Stone trick. Can confirm, it works like a charm and suddenly you've got a Honchkrow that's ready to cause a ruckus.

Dusk Stone! That's the secret sauce. Doesn’t matter if it's day or night in the game, just slap that stone on Murkrow and you're good to go.
