Evolving Riolu into Lucario in Pokemon Violet is pretty straightforward but requires some patience. You gotta bump up Riolu’s happiness during the daytime! Keep it in your party, win battles together, and maybe give it a soothing bell to hold or feed it some berries that increase happiness. Just avoid letting it faint too much. Once its happiness is high enough during the day, Riolu will evolve into Lucario.
