Restarting a round in CS:GO is super easy if you're the server admin or in a private match. Just open up the console (you gotta enable it first from the game settings) and type 'mp_restartgame 1'. This command restarts the game after a one-second delay. If you wanna restart it with no delay, just use '0' instead of '1'.
