Just boot up your game, bro. If you've already bought and installed the DLC, it should pop up automatically. Make sure your game's updated too!

I think it may depend on how far you've gotten in the game? Like, certain DLC content won't show up until you're at a specific part. Had to reach a certain town before the DLC questline showed up for me.
