Breeding in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is a tad different than in previous games! Now, you don't need a Daycare or a Nursery. Instead, you'll use Picnic spots to breed Pokemon. Set up your Picnic, and if you have two compatible Pokemon (usually of opposite genders and the same egg group), you'll get an egg! Make sure to keep walking with the egg in your party, and it'll hatch into a new Pokemon. Super simple and adds a fun twist to the classic mechanic.

Gotta be honest, not a fan of removing Daycares for breeding. The picnic thing feels less intuitive for old-school players like me.
