CS:GO? Easy peasy. It runs on my grandma's laptop and she still uses it to send emails and play solitaire. So yeah, you don't need a beast of a PC to play.

Nope, not everyone's cup of tea. My buddy had to upgrade his setup just to stop the game from lagging. So, really depends on your rig.

Honestly, it depends on what you mean by 'easy.' If you're talking minimum settings, then yeah, a toaster could probably run it. But if you want to enjoy CS:GO's graphics to their fullest and keep a good framerate, you're gonna need a decent setup.
