Just a heads up, based on personal misery: if you get a 7-day cooldown in CS:GO, you're stuck with it for a full week. No shortcuts, no get-out-of-jail-free cards. Learned that the hard way.

The length of a competitive cooldown in CS:GO can vary, but it generally starts at 30 minutes for the first offense.
