Losing your CS:GO rank can take about a month of inactivity. Basically, if you don't play a competitive match for 28 days, Valve's gonna say, 'Hmm, let's reassess this player's rank.' But don't worry too much! Once you play (and win) a match after that, your rank will pop right back up. It might be a tad lower or exactly where you left it, depending on how the CS:GO gods are feeling.
