Honestly, finding a regular group to queue with made all the difference for me. Solo queue can be a nightmare.

Ranking up in CS:GO isn't just about shooting everything that moves. It's a team game, so communication is key. Always play with a team if you can, and make sure you're using your mic to call out enemy positions and strategize with your mates. Learn the maps inside and out, and use that knowledge to your advantage. Work on your aim, of course, but don't forget about learning grenade spots, smokes, and flashes - they can really turn the tide of a round. And lastly, keep a cool head. Tilt can lose you more games than a bad aim.

Just play a lot and git gud. Seriously, though, focus on improving your individual play because you can't always rely on teammates at lower ranks. Aim training maps and deathmatch can help a lot.

Rank? Just buy skins. Better skins = better player, right? ;)
