To get to the epilogue in Pokemon Scarlet, you gotta finish the main story first, which means beating the Elite Four and the Top Champion, and completing all the Titan and Team Star bases. Once you've done all that, head back to your home base, and you'll trigger the start of the epilogue automatically. Get ready for some surprises!
