To allow buying in CS:GO, you gotta be in the buy period at the start of a round or in a buy zone if you're playing casual modes. Each round gives you a few seconds to buy weapons and equipment using the in-game currency you've earned. Remember, you can't buy stuff mid-round during competitive matches, so make your purchases count!
