Just steamroll him with Fire-types, honestly. Most Ice types melt away with a good Flamethrower or Fire Blast. Keep your HP topped up and you'll be golden.

I faced Grusha with a team that wasn't ideally suited, type-wise, but high-speed and strong Fighting moves still made a huge difference. Moves that cause burn or paralysis can also turn the tide in your favor.
