Iono was surprisingly tough, but what worked for me was having a Garganacl in my team. Its Ground and Rock-type moves were super effective against her Electric-type Pokemon. Plus, this strategy saved my other Pokemon from getting paralyzed too often!

Honestly, Ground types or not, make sure to level up. Overlevel if you must. I didn't have a strong Ground-type but got through by having higher-level Pokemon and using items smartly. Potions and Paralyze Heals are your best friends.

To beat Iono, the key is preparing a team with strong Ground-type moves since most of her team is Electric-type. Ground types are immune to Electric attacks, giving you a huge advantage. Make sure your Pokemon are around level 30 to match her team's level. If you have a good Ground-type like Paldean Wooper or Diglett, you'll stand a better chance. Also, consider bringing along some Paralyze Heal, as her Pokemon love to paralyze!
