You can't breed Ditto in Pokemon Scarlet or any other Pokemon game for that matter. Ditto is a one of a kind!

Ditto is the universal breeder of the Pokemon world, able to pair with almost any Pokemon to make eggs of the other's species, but when it comes to making more of its own squishy, smiley self, it's a no-go. Ditto just doesn't work that way in the games. No Ditto eggs mean no baby Dittos. So, if you're looking to expand your Ditto collection, you're gonna have to catch more of them in the wild!
