Just use Ditto! Seriously, Ditto is a lifesaver for breeding any Pokemon. Find one, drop it in the nursery with your Slakoth, and keep playing. Check back after a bit, and you should get a Slakoth egg.

Breeding Slakoth in Pokemon Scarlet is pretty straightforward. First, you need a Slakoth, which you can catch in the wild. Then, grab a Ditto for the easiest time, as Ditto can breed with any Pokemon. Pop both of them into a Pokemon Nursery (you'll find one early in the game).
