To bulk release Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet, first open your Boxes in the game. Then, press the Y button to switch to the multi-select option. Gotta say, bulk releasing Pokémon always makes me sad. Imagine being those Pokémon, getting caught, and then bam, released. But yeah, Y button for multi-select, then + to release in bulk.
