Catching Great Tusk in Pokemon Scarlet is pretty epic, not gonna lie. First, you gotta progress through the game until you unlock Area Zero. Great Tusk is a Titan Pokemon, and he's lurking around there waiting for a worthy challenger. Make sure your Pokemon are leveled up because this guy doesn't mess around.
