Sorry to burst the Poké Ball, but you actually can't catch Koraidon in Pokémon Violet. Koraidon is exclusive to Pokémon Scarlet, and Miraidon is the one you'll be able to catch in Pokémon Violet. Each game has its own legendary, so you'd need Scarlet if you're aiming for Koraidon!

You can't. Wrong game, my friend! Koraidon is in Pokémon Scarlet. Pokémon Violet's got Miraidon for you to catch. Different games, different legendary Pokémon.

No luck there! Koraidon is a no-show in Pokémon Violet. That dragon's chilling in Pokémon Scarlet. Pokémon Violet has Miraidon, though, which is just as cool!
