Just play through the story, lol. Legendaries practically catch themselves in these games. Koraidon and Miraidon will be part of your journey. No need to overthink it.

Honestly, the best strategy is to make sure you're prepared. Have a strong team and a lot of Ultra Balls. Use a Pokémon that can inflict Sleep or Paralysis to increase your catch rate. And, patience is key! Sometimes it takes a few tries, but that makes it all the more rewarding. Trust me, I've been there.
