Lucario doesn’t just pop up for you to catch in Pokemon Scarlet. You need to evolve a Riolu, which is actually way more satisfying. Makes you feel like you've earned that Lucario, you know? Riolu becomes Lucario when it levels up with high happiness during the day. Caught mine after a few battles and a nice stroll around Paldea. Totally worth it!
