How to catch Vaporeon in Pokemon Violet

Took me forever to figure this out, but you don't 'catch' a Vaporeon directly. First, you need to catch an Eevee, which are pretty common in the grassy areas. Then get a Water Stone, which I found in a cave while exploring. Use it on Eevee in your bag and it'll evolve into Vaporeon. Best feeling ever when it finally happens!
