Just grab an Ability Capsule from the BP shop and use it on your Pokémon. Super easy but remember, it only works for changing between standard abilities, not for unlocking hidden ones!

Honestly, I think it's usually not worth the hassle to change a Pokémon's ability unless it's for competitive play. The game's plenty fun without min-maxing every little detail.
