Easy peasy! To change the weapon hand in CS:GO, open the console by pressing the tilde key (~) and type in 'cl_righthand 1' to switch to right hand or 'cl_righthand 0' to switch to left hand. Make sure you've enabled the console in the game settings first!

Pro Tip: I switched to left-hand view after my buddy suggested it could improve visibility around corners. Might be placebo, but I swear I play better now. Give it a shot by typing 'cl_righthand 0' in the console for left-hand view.
