U can't change the eyebrow color without changing your hair color too, it's a package deal at the salon. Just so you know, you're gonna have to spend some of those hard-earned Pokédollars, but totally worth it for the swag!

Actually, I prefer not changing the eyebrow color. It feels more like a real journey with my original character. Plus, saves Pokédollars for more Pokeballs!
