Can't change your face directly, but hitting up the salon will basically give you the makeover you didn't know you needed. New face, who dis?

Honestly, just stick with the face you start with. The whole point is experiencing the journey as the character you began as. Plus, you're gonna be staring at the back of your character's head most of the time anyway.
