Honestly? Just trade, trade, and trade some more. Scarlet has some Pokemon Violet doesn't have and vice versa. Join online communities; people are always looking to complete their Pokedexes too and will often trade version-exclusives.

Completing the Pokemon Scarlet Pokedex is a marathon, not a sprint! Start by catching every Pokemon you come across and trading with friends to get those version-exclusive ones you can't catch in Scarlet. Don't forget to evolve the ones that can evolve to fill up those entries. Participate in raids for a chance at rare Pokémon too. And patience, lots of patience!

I completed my Pokedex, and let me tell you, it was A LOT of walking and trading. Don't underestimate the power of joining a good Pokemon trading Discord server. Made the whole process way easier.
