Oh, super easy, my dude! You just have to join a Steam group and then when you're in CS:GO, hit 'Options'. Head over to the 'Game Settings' and look for the 'Team Tag' option. From that dropdown, you can select the Steam group you're a part of. Bam—you've got your group name showing!

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but honestly, does anyone pay attention to group names in-game? Just rock your skills. That's what really counts.

So here's the thing, I did this with my squad. After joining the same Steam group, we all set our group tag in the game settings. Next time we were in a match, our group name was right there beside our usernames. Super cool seeing our team tag while we dominated the match. Don't forget, you all need to be in the same group for it to show up for everyone.
