Just start a picnic and choose 'Group Cooking'. But honestly, it feels a bit undercooked compared to other features in the game.

Did a Group BBQ with my friends last weekend, and it was awesome! Make sure everyone's in a Union Circle so you can all join in. Cooking with pals adds a whole new flavor to the game!
